PILATES WITH HELENA
MOVE WITH AWARENESS. BUILD STRENGTH FROM WITHIN.
Thoughtful Pilates practice and comprehensive teacher training designed to deepen your understanding of the body, improve movement quality and cultivate confident, compassionate teaching.
Whether you want personalised support for your own body or professional training as a Pilates teacher, you are welcome to begin where you are.
Pilates is more than completing a series of exercises. It is an opportunity to become more aware of how you breathe, move, support yourself and respond to challenge.
My approach combines precise instruction with curiosity and respect for each person's body. Rather than forced movement into one ideal form, we explore what creates greater strength, stability, mobility and ease for you.
You will be encouraged to move attentively, ask questions and develop confidence in your own physical experience.

A TEACHING APPROACH GROUNDED IN AWARENESS
A skilled Pilates teacher does more than demonstrate exercises.
Teaching requires the ability to observe carefully, communicate with clarity and respond to the person in front of you. Throughout the training, you will be encouraged to develop both technical knowledge and your own authentic teaching presence.
The aim is not to make every teacher sound the same. It is to give you a strong foundation from which you can teach responsibly, confidently and with compassion.
